EVChargeSpot is a free, no-account tool that helps drivers find electric vehicle charging points across the UK. It is operated by Alpha Pariah Studios, a sole trader business registered in England and Wales.

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Use of the service

EVChargeSpot is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may use it to locate EV charging points for your own journeys. You may not:

• Scrape, copy, or republish charging data from this site in bulk
• Use automated tools to query the service at scale
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the site or its underlying infrastructure
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

3. Accuracy of data

Charging point data is sourced from UK network operator feeds, supplementary public datasets including Open Charge Map, and risk factor data licensed from EVInsight. While we make reasonable efforts to display accurate and up-to-date information, we cannot guarantee that every charge point shown is operational, accessible, or correctly described.

Always verify availability before making a journey solely reliant on a specific charging location. EVChargeSpot accepts no liability for loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate or missing data.

4. Disclaimer of warranties

EVChargeSpot is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Alpha Pariah Studios excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from your use of this service.

5. Third-party services and data attribution

EVChargeSpot uses the following third-party services and data sources to function:

• UK charge point operator feeds (OCPI and similar), primary source of charger location, status, and tariff data
• Open Charge Map (openchargemap.org), supplementary public charging dataset, used under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International licence (CC-BY-SA 4.0)
• EVInsight (evinsight.co.uk), postcode-level risk factor data
• OpenStreetMap contributors, base map tile data
• Leaflet, map rendering library
• Postcodes.io, postcode lookup
• Nominatim, location geocoding

Use of these services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. EVChargeSpot is not responsible for the content or practices of these third parties.

6. Intellectual property

The EVChargeSpot name, logo, and site design are the property of Alpha Pariah Studios. Charge point data is compiled, cleaned, and maintained by EVChargeSpot from multiple UK network operators and data sources. The compiled dataset is the intellectual property of Alpha Pariah Studios.

You may not reproduce or use our branding without prior written permission.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
