Connected Kerb acquired Trojan's innovative infrastructure and 1,500 existing live charge points (mostly in London) out of administration, with all 63 of Trojan's employees transferring as part of the transaction. The acquisition significantly strengthened Connected Kerb's position as one of the UK's largest and fastest-growing EV charging networks, particularly enhancing its ability to deliver high-density neighbourhood charging. This merger combines engineering excellence with UK manufacturing capabilities, positioning Connected Kerb as a leader in accessible, smart, and future-proof charging infrastructure for the 60% of households without access to off-street parking.
